01 What is the admission process at K.R. Mangalam World School, Gurugram?

03 What is the minimum age requirement for Nursery admission?

A child must be at least 3 years of age as on 31st March of the academic year for Nursery admission. For KG (Kindergarten), the child should be 4 years old, and for Class 1, the child should be 5+ years old as per CBSE guidelines.

04 What documents are required at the time of admission?

Required documents include: Birth Certificate of the child, Previous class Report Card / Transfer Certificate, Proof of Residence (Aadhar Card / Utility Bill), Passport-size photographs of the child and parents, and Aadhar Card of the child (if available). Additional documents may be requested for specific grades.

05 Is there an entrance test for admissions?

For Nursery to Class II, there is no formal written test — admission is through an informal interaction. For Classes III and above, a written assessment in English, Mathematics, and General Knowledge may be conducted to understand the child’s current learning level.

06 When does the admission process typically begin for the new academic year?

The admission process for the new academic session (April–March) generally begins in November–December of the preceding year. We recommend applying early as seats are limited. Please visit our website or contact the school office for the exact schedule.

07 Do you accept mid-session admissions?
