Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counselling to students.
Guide students on academic, career, and personal development.
Provide career guidance to students of Classes 9th–12th, including stream selection, aptitude assessment, college admissions, and career planning.
Identify and support students facing emotional or behavioral challenges.
Work closely with parents and teachers to address student needs.
Maintain confidential student records and counselling reports.
Required Qualification:
Pass 10th & 12th standard from a recognized board.
A master’s degree in Humanities, Social Science, Counselling, or a related field
Have proficiency in the language of instruction, typically English.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a School Counsellor in a recognized school is preferred.
Other Eligibility Criteria:
All degrees and diplomas should be from a recognized institution.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
Strong observational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
