Celebrated Annual Day
K.R. Mangalam World School Gurugram celebrated its Annual Day on 20th December 2023.
The school Chairman Sh. Yash Dev Gupta welcomed Vice Admiral Suraj Berry AVSM,NM,VSM as the Chief Guest of the event. Mr.Jas Kalra of Earth Saviors NGO, BK Khyati & BK Mitali from the Brahma Kumari Organisation and Mr. S.N Gulia, Jt. Commissioner Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, graced the evening as the Guests of Honour.
The programme began with the School Orchestra performing an uplifting composition based on ‘Raag Jog’ , followed by the ceremonial lamp lighting by the guests amidst the chanting of Sanskrit shlokas.
Students invoked the blessings of the Almighty with a beautiful dance performance.The Principal, Dr. Aparna Seebaluck welcomed all the guests & parents. She presented the School’s Annual Report, highlighting the academic, co-curricular & sports achievements of students during the year at the state, national & international levels. New initiatives undertaken by the School through the Signature Programmes were shared by the Student Council. The outstanding scholars, athletes & alumni were all felicitated for their exceptional achievements.
This was followed by a vibrant cultural program ’NavRasa’ displaying the emotions of human life to emphasize the significance of emotional and mental well-being.
The students presented a colourful exploration of these emotions through the medium of music, dance and drama leaving the audience spellbound. The event culminated with a heartfelt vote of thanks to the parents, students & staff by the Principal.
